Raul Razo, Born in Oxnard, California. Raised in the beautiful plains of Oxnard. Son of immigrant, agriculture worker parents. Played pee wee foot ball at the age of nine through Junior college where I l learned fundamentals to build a strong foundation. Product of Junior College system of Ventura/Oxnard Colleges and Education Opportunity Program. Received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science from California State University of Channel Islands.
